Who can request a Criminal Record?
The certificate of criminal record is issued by the criminal identification services of the Ministry of Justice.
- The person who needs the criminal record;
- The ascendants, in relation to minor descendants, absent from the country or unable to apply;
- A third party authorised in writing;
- The guardian or guardian of incapable.

- Copy of the citizen's card or valid identity card, or Passport, if you are a foreigner;
