Minors are considered to be persons with age under 18, on the visa request date. Each minor needs the following documentation:
Visa Fees for minors varies depending on 3 age categories:
- Child´s Full Birth Certificate, with parents names;
- Written consent, dated and signed from the parents mentioned on the birth certificate;
- Copy of both parents passport (signature and details page);
- If the parents are divorced or one of them is deceased, bring the court order that confirms the custody or death certificate;
- If a child guardian has been nominated by the parents, bring the letter that confirms it and a copy of the guardian passport;
- Due to the European Legislation on the children protection, if you fail to present all the requested documentation, it will not be possible to issue the Shengen visa.
Visa Fees for minors varies depending on 3 age categories:
- Under 6 years old: Free;
- Aged between 6 and 12 years old: reduced visa fee;
- From 12 years old, including normal visa fee rate.
